The fact Elon Musk and Republicans want to cut spending is making Democrats crazy, Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., told Newsmax on Thursday.

The House Oversight Committee’s mission is “to eliminate waste, fraud, abuse, and mismanagement in the federal government,” House Oversight Committee Chair Comer told “Newsline” after several Democrat outbursts calling for a subpoena for Elon Musk.

“We finally have an administration that’s willing to work with us on that. We have an entity, DOGE, led by a volunteer, Elon Musk, who just so happens to be the world’s most successful entrepreneur, who’s highlighting … waste, fraud and abuse …. everyday on Twitter in a very transparent manner.
