FEMA “probably needs to be revised, reorganized, and revamped,” and California, which is being ravaged by wildfires, needs to do a better job “statewide of managing their water resources,” Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., tells Newsmax.
FEMA “receives incredible sums of money. Don’t forget, they diverted well over a billion, almost $2 billion to illegal alien care and not emergency management care,” Biggs asserted Wednesday during an appearance on Newsmax TV’s “Newsline.”
“So we’ve got a lot of things that we need to assess at the federal level.”
