The suspect accused of killing at least 15 people and injuring about 30 others by plowing a pickup truck through a New Orleans crowd early Wednesday morning has been identified as 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the FBI said.

The bureau said Jabbar was a U.S. citizen from Texas, and that he appeared to have been driving a rented vehicle. The FBI confirmed an ISIS flag was located in the truck.

The FBI doesn’t believe Jabbar was “solely responsible” for the attack and has asked the public’s help in tracking down associates.
