On Tuesday, retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano called out the FBI on Newsmax, stating that the local NYPD already has a handle on the case involving murdered UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
After speaking to “American Agenda” on Luigi Mangione, the suspect named in the case, about what possible avenues a legal course would take if he is found guilty, Napolitano suggested that the FBI should not be involved and that the NYPD’s investigatory prowess is more than adequate.
“And this is an area where Kash Patel will make a difference,” Napolitano said, referring to President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to run the FBI. “The FBI has nothing to do with this case. The NYPD is the greatest investigative police department on the planet. They have gathered a mountain of evidence.”
