Lou Holtz to Newsmax: Trump Cares About People, the Country

Former Notre Dame head coach Lou Holtz told Newsmax on Saturday that President Donald Trump’s attending the Super Bowl is just another example of how “he is authentic. He cares about this country, and he cares about people.”

Holtz, to whom Trump awarded the Medal of Freedom in 2020, said he thinks the president “will do a tremendous job” during his second stint in the White House.
