The U.S. has a two-tiered justice system — one for the left and a stricter one for conservatives, John Eastman, a former attorney for President-elect Donald Trump, told Newsmax on Tuesday.

“Just look at some recent examples,” Eastman told “Rob Schmitt Tonight” guest host David Harris Jr. “[Democrat Reps.] Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff lied to the American public.

“Hillary Clinton and her crew laundered money through her law firm to hire a former military intelligence agent — a foreign intelligence agent — to create this phony Russia dossier that they used to then spy on a candidate for president. They continued to spy on Trump after he was elected in 2016, and even after he was inaugurated.”
