Blaine Holt to Newsmax: Airstrikes on Houthis Will Open Up 18 Percent of World’s Shipping

Retired U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Blaine Holt said on Newsmax, Monday, that the airstrikes launched by the Trump administration against the Houthis in Yemen will be a good thing for the region.

“These are not airstrikes that are being managed from a civilian academic out of the White House,” Holt said on “National Report.”

Holt said the Navy is using its typical air power strategies to strike against the Yemeni Houthi fighter targets.
